Job Description Summary Responsible to oversee and manage all aspects of Commercial Real Estate transaction services on behalf of national retail client(s), monitor internal/external workflow to ensure consistent quality of service and work product and perform advanced transactions as required. Job Description o
Responsibilities:
o Manage the delivery of real estate services to client(s) with focus on effective management of real estate functions, contracts and negotiations, and all transaction services required o Manage and negotiate advanced transactions including market optimization activities, site identification and selection, LOI and lease terms, and renewals o Develop new and grow existing relationships with client(s), vendors, landlords, and other retail users o Track and monitor the day-to-day transaction work and workload of team members o Coordinate with account leadership to ensure tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverables o Manage, review, and approve a large volume of all types of transactions o Adhere to all state real estate agency requirements o Provide suggestions and best practices for process and technical improvements relating to the transaction process o Identify potential issues and take action accordingly o Work closely with internal parties such as Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams o Provide training and on-boarding support of new team members and ongoing development of associates o Manage or execute special projects, as assigned o Provide high level of customer service to client(s) and vendors MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS o Bachelor's Degree o Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license o 3
years relevant work experience in Commercial Real Estate; preferably Lease Negotiation o Solid familiarity with and understanding of lease language and terms, the reconciliation process for Common Area Maintenance, insurance, and real estate taxes o Proficiency in all applicable software/hardware applications, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office o Strong financing, budgeting, and pro forma modeling skills o Demonstrated leadership, self-management, and problem resolution skills o Ability to manage, review, and approve a large volume of transactions simultaneously o Proven record of providing exceptional internal and external customer service o Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment o Excellent oral and written communication skills o Ability to demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency by meeting or exceeding deadlines.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
AccountingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
