This position will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) CNC environment.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in JDE CNC administration, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Provide technical guidance, training, and support to others on JDE EnterpriseOne architecture and CNC administration.
Perform and lead CNC Systems Administration which includes user and application security, user (profile) account set up, user groups (roles), task relationship (menu), and task (menu item) management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Install, configure, and maintain JDE EnterpriseOne CNC infrastructure components, including servers, databases, batch jobs, and software.
Perform software upgrades, patches, and updates, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations, during office hours and after hours, as required by the business.
Build packages to deploy custom changes to the JD Edwards business applications.
Development of software tools and process automation of repetitive CNC tasks.
Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure the integrity and availability of JDE CNC environment.
Database management and experience/expertise with DB2/400 and Microsoft SQL.
Data Conversion using EnterpriseOne development tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions in alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Stay updated with the latest JDE CNC technologies, trends, and industry developments, and recommend enhancements and improvements to the JDE infrastructure.
Conduct regular system audits and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity.
Define and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for JDE CNC administration, ensuring consistent practices across the team.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to JDE CNC environment, including system configurations, security, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
Work with vendors, as necessary, to implement solutions and complete projects.
Monitor and maintain software licensing and maintenance agreements.
This position offers a blend of on-site at our corporate office and remote from home.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field experience preferred.
Certificate from college, technical school, or other educational program required.
Eight or more years related experience in JDE CNC administration, with a focus on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne required.
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in JDE CNC installation, architecture, configuration, and administration.
Proficient in JDE EnterpriseOne tools, including Orchestrator, Server Manager, Package Build, and Deploy, and Security Workbench required.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills (which requires a wide range of skills beyond JDE CNC skills such as networking, storage, database, operating system and virtual infrastructures and the ability to work with people who are experts in these areas).
Advanced expertise in the technical architecture for EnterpriseOne (e.
g.
, WebLogic servers, WebSphere servers, deployment server, batch/enterprise servers, BSSV servers, AIS servers plus multiple OS including Windows, iSeries).
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and other Office 365 applications.
