These services include, but are not limited to document services, mail services & reception services.
At CMS we aim to deliver exceptional client experiences keeping our clients workplace working! We are currently looking for a Mail Clerk to be responsible for handling, sorting and distributing mail and packages.
Our ideal candidate should be customer focused, hard-working, able to multi task and reliable.
Responsibilities and Duties Sort and deliver incoming mail and packages in a timely manner Collect all outgoing mail and packages Use Outgoing shipping systems to ship all packages Meter all outgoing mail Maintain a high level of customer service while performing daily job duties Able to adapt quickly and efficiently to service customer demands Adhere to site process and procedures daily Participate in Cross Training Maintaining Office Inventory Data Entry Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Customer Service Skills Data Entry Skills Professional appearance and demeanor Verbal and Written Communication Skills Willingness to cross train for additional job functions Able to lift up to 50 pounds Basic Computer Skills (Outlook Mail) Strong Work Ethic and Attendance Job Type:
