We are currently seeking a Part Time Nurse (LPN) for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
In addition, this role would also be a great opportunity for someone, who would like to advance in their career into Administration, as this person would also serve as the Assistant Administrator.

Responsibilities:
(Not limited to) Coordinate and monitor all services relating to resident care needs through service plans.
Update Care and services to residents as needed through communication logs and service plans; meet with residents and family members to review service plans.
Provide hands on training and support to Med-aide and Caregiving staff.
Monitor residents for change of condition and notify Administrator.
Conduct timely Audits of the medication administration program to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Address resident and family concerns in a timely and appropriate manner Assume designated Business Office functions as delegated by Administrator Model leadership and maturity to staff; present professionally to residents and family members.
Requirements include an unencumbered Missouri LPN license, previous long term care experience, a commitment to total Quality Management, willingness to obtain Missouri Assisted Living Administrator license, and enjoy working with the elderly.
