We are hiring for our Bryan Road location in O'Fallon.
Our ideal candidate has barista experience, is a high school graduate, is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.
Salary plus great tips! Pay and Perks:

Averages $13-$20
an hour with tips Cash tips are yours at the end of each shift 1 Free Drink and Food item per shift Flexible schedule Afternoon shift Off by 6pm Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Work well and organized in a fast paced environment Qualifications Proven working experience as a barista.
High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Strong ability to prioritize efficient drink and food preparation order Ability to listen and communicate effectively Must be trustworthy, reliable and able to work alone at times We are looking forward to receiving your application.
