We're looking for Customer Service Professional to work either?in?our Whitehouse Station, NJ, Bethlehem, PA, or O'Fallon, MO offices.
This role is for people who want to provide our agency partners the best-in-class service experience they want and deserve! ? You will be the first contact with our agents for quoting new business, policy changes, account inquiries, etc.

Responsibilities:
o Phone quoting, issuance of new business, endorsements, and renewal policies of personal lines insurance coverage o Provide superior customer service and quality technical content via incoming telephone calls in a fast-paced, automated, high-volume contact center environment o Assume ownership and timeliness in handling agent requests in an efficient, accurate and professional manner o Demonstrate the ability to analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems, while maintaining a pleasant phone experience for the caller o Learn with a high regard for accuracy of basic knowledge of personal lines insurance principals and Chubb products (home, auto, valuable articles/collectibles, flood, etc.
) o Efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve agent requests & inquiries o Maintain established levels of productivity, service, and quality standards within a fast-paced call center o Works collaboratively with team members, and business partners to provide a quality experience for our agents o Responsible for cross selling coverage to round out accounts o Work overtime as needed o Complete additional tasks and other projects/duties as assigned Recommended Skills Automation Call Centers Customer Service Problem Solving Quality Management Property Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
