We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Property Manager to join our rental division, Midwest Property Group.
The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and providing excellent customer service to existing tenants.
Job Responsibilities A.
Property Manager Property Manager for all Apartment units, Mid-term rentals, and local Short-term rentals.
Move-ins:
Responsible for new tenant move-ins for Apartment units.
Move outs:
Prepare move-out packet and work closely with maintenance to execute the process.
Responsible for marketing, leasing, and renewals.
Process all applicants and approve candidates that meet requirements.
Daily tenant management and phone answering.
B.
Office Manager Receive, sort, and distribute mail (bills, rent, etc.
) Maintaining digital and paper filing as needed.
C.
Maintenance Coordination Maintenance Coordination for all Apartment units, Mid-term rentals, and local Short-term rentals Schedule and develop relationship with vendors for the following:
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Pest control, Common ground cleaning (inside and outside), Lawn care and weed control, Sprinkler system, and Work with MWPG Maintenance Team to make sure sites are kept up and all maintenance addressed D.
Accounting Responsible for collections and management of delinquent tenants.
Submit invoices to Finance Team for payment Requirements:
? Required - Minimum of 2 years of Property Management experience Skills and Competencies:
? Teamwork ? Adequate in Microsoft Excel, Word and Buildium (or equivalent Property Management software) ? Ability to communicate via telephone, email, and text messaging ? Ability to effectively manage sub-contractors and vendors ? Attention to detail / organization ? Hardworking ? Trustworthy
