The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, be organized and have strong communication skills.
The person will be responsible for answering calls, emails and taking messages from customers.
The person will be the main point of contact for all customer inquiries about our products and services.
The person will also be the point of contact for internal customers as well as external third-party partners.
Core Responsibilities Answer all customer questions about our products and services; Maintain product databases; Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction; Provide information about product features and benefits; Respond to complaints and provide solutions; Resolve customer complaints within our service level agreements; Handle incoming calls and emails; Take messages from customers; Coordinate with colleagues when necessary to provide effective customer service; Additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
A college degree is preferred but not required.
2
years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
A factory or distribution center experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong phone handling skills and active listening ability.
