Description:
The candidate in this position will be detail-oriented, organized, and have a focus on quality of work over quantity.
The candidate will be able to work in both a group setting and alone with minimal supervision
The position will require the candidate to be able to learn at a reasonable pace and can recall information learned.
This is an expansive position, meaning that the more the candidate can learn, the more items and processes they will be responsible for reviewing.
The nature of the business is to review items validated by our offshore (India) team.
The stateside position in O Fallon will review the validator s work for consistency, accuracy, and process.
This is a quality review/audit position, and the candidate will be responsible for the quality review of items in several different validation processes daily.
The position will be responsible for signing off on second reviews, attesting to their accuracy and validity.
This position has a direct customer impact, and the work is subject to adhering to federal regulations and time constraints.
The candidate will be trained on the necessary platforms and processes required to perform the job correctly and efficiently.
Requirement:
Experience with Excel.
Detail-oriented, organized individual.
Attention to detail is key in this role.
Ability to work in a quick learning environment.
Strong communication skills, both speaking and writing.
Ability to work independently.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
