Provide support to Personal Business unit by performing a variety of essential functions and/or tasks including but not limited to those identified below. This position reports to the Site Leader.
Review assigned Lotus Notes database agent email requests and complete transactions using OPMS or eWorkflow programs
New business processing, renewals, endorsements & cancellations per written guidelines.
Ordering reports for new business, renewals & endorsements (MVRs & CLUES)
Upload agent request documents into FileNet system after processing
Complete tasks within contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Monitor incoming work database, assign work and log new requests via internal system as needed
Identify & route misrouted agent transaction email requests to correct database
File manual policies (as applicable)
Complete all manual processes (as applicable)
Provide daily statistics detailing work completed to Site Leader
Provide project support to Site Leader as needed
Other duties assigned by Site Leader
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 to 2 years data entry experience preferred
1-3 years experience using Microsoft Software required
Microsoft Excel experience preferred
Keyboarding and Windows environment PC Skills required
Minimum 1 year insurance experience preferred
Minimum 1 year customer service and office related experience preferred
Basic Mathematical skills
Ability to effectively work both independently and in team environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent Accuracy & Attention to detail required
Ability to meet daily quality & production metrics required
