Globally partnering with our Customers to deliver world class technical support for infrastructures and applications, enabling growth, diversification and new business generation.
o Provide 24x7x365 technical operations support for global infrastructure; with focus on minimizing impact to Customers and internal users.
o Monitor the infrastructure, and be a key stakeholder in Incident and Change Management processes.
o Regularly perform data analysis to determine performance and identify areas of improvement.

Role
o Execute Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
o Perform effective vendor management techniques to ensure forward-progress managed Incidents.
o Monitor the performance of traffic, systems, and central site processing, addressing anomalies detected.
o Conduct quarterly Release and patch rollout for European authorization system
o Route central site and customer traffic as necessary to minimize downtime and impact to the brand and business.
All about You
o Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
o Broad knowledge of routing, switching, tunneling, and Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS).
o Demonstrates the ability to function in 1 of the following disciplines:
UNIX, Mainframe, Production Control, File Transfer, Single-Message, Dual-Message, or Network)
o Basic UNIX scripting and tool monitoring, JCL, MVS, batch scheduling, knowledge of tandem technology.
o Effective problem and troubleshooting skills.
o Effective written and verbal communication skills.
o Effective organization skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
