Communication Analyst

Description:
o Maintains internal communication for various channels, through a variety of media venues including print, web-based, and/or third party tools.
Utilizes various communication strategies and techniques.
o Independently creates, designs, edits, and reviews communications prior to release to ensure message consistency and alignment with department publishing standards, Citi's shared responsibilities and corporate Branding.
o Deals with variable communications issues with potentially broader business impact.
o Applies professional judgment and analytical thinking when interpreting data and results.
o Coordinates multiple priorities utilizing strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills.
Maintains and builds knowledge of customers' area of business to ensure accuracy of communication content.
Uses professional judgment to build relationships with customers.
Partners with senior staff in the execution of communication items as needed.
o Continuously optimizes internal communications methods and process to increase awareness and effectiveness.
o Recommends creative solutions to challenges within the job/departmental process flow.
Recommends new technology/process improvements for the edit/publish function.
o Engages necessary resources to ensure work flows smoothly, with minimal interruptions to target completion dates.
o Owns and maintains process for retention of master documents, archiving, version control, response to audit inquiries, and tracking individual jobs in a manner that is consistent with departmental, legal and compliance guidelines.
QualificationsQualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in English, Communicationspublishing, Marketing or related field or equivalent business experience o 3 years of experience o Proficient in Office suite of products, especially Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat, familiarity with SharePoint, Snag-It, and delivering information via internet channels.
o Proficiency in SharePoint and Dreamweaver is a plus.
o Strong photo/journalism/proof-reading skills.
o Strong understanding of Business Operations/Procedures o Strong editing capabilities with advanced usage of grammatically correct verbiage o Strong Interpersonal Skills o Ability to interact with key liaisons (Product Team & Project Support Team) o Knowledge of LPM Process/Platform.
Cross channel knowledge a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
